What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at The House?

- 1. Conceptualize and design digital work for assigned GS Business Enterprises
Concept designs and narrow down to the best solution. Deliver digital projects in a timely fashion based on creative briefs, working with partners to problem solve any issues.
- Initiate feedback
Work with Director and Design Manager to receive feedback on design projects prior to broader creative reviews with marketing partners.
- Prioritize and manage work efficiently
Find autonomy in approach to work; however, will communicate with Design Manager as needed to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently in order to deliver by deadlines.
- Collaborate with GS Business Enterprise Partners
Collaborate on solutions and effectively and professionally communicate design thinking.
- Collaborate with print design counterparts
Work closely with GS print designers to ensure consistent design across mediums, either thinking through how digital designs can translate into print or converting print designs into digital collateral.
- Implement quarterly design campaigns
Implement quarterly brand campaigns into owned enterprise businesses using moodboards
- Partner cross-departmentally
Work with partners in digital strategy and content to better understand project scope and goals to create informed designs.
- Advocate for the brand
Ensure all work is on brand and consistent across the businesses.
