- Coordinate event planning and logistics, including catering and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records.
- Manage office equipment and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar for scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide exceptional clerical support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and productivity.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage office expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
