The HT Group currently looking for an Estimator who has experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. This is the largest construction project in Texas and one of the largest in the US. - Coordination with GCs and subcontractors
- Completion of a four-year college degree, civil or architectural engineering degree program preferred
- Five-year experience in the construction/architectural profession preferred
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
- Knowledge of applicable project management and document tracking preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Bilingual (English, Korean) Preferred
