The HubOps is searching for a driven and results-oriented IT Sales Manager to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and exceed sales targets in the dynamic world of IT solutions, with a focus on the international market (work hours catered to this market).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of IT Sales Representatives to maximize their performance.
- Prospect and qualify leads, identify customer needs, and develop compelling solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients across the globe.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners.
- Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in sales training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT sales management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of IT solutions and the current market landscape.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Schedule:
- Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:00 AM) to accommodate the international market.
