As an IT Help Desk Intern, you will gain vital experience learning and working with a fast-paced, customer service-oriented IT team in the print industry. You will gain experiences with IT solutions and providing support to employees. An internship with Imagine means hands-on, real-life experience learning from experts in the field of creative branding and print production.
The successful candidate will be passionate about learning a new role in IT, be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, ambitious, and have superb computer abilities. Internship will be based out of our Twin Cities office. This is an onsite role.

Knowledge and Skills You Will Gain:
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Helpdesk using our ticketing system, Service Now.
- Provide Level 1 support to resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
- Image and upgrade computers as needed.
- Escalate tickets to the next tier if unable to resolve issues.
- Keep track of assets (computers, printers, etc.) and documents.
- Handle other small projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications of Position:
- Basic experience with computer hardware, Windows 10 and 11, and Office 365
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Customer Service oriented
- Curious and willing to learn
- Ability to take instruction and work independently
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
The national pay for this role is $20.00 per hour. The pay may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
