Position Summary:
The Asset Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and stewardship to the assigned portfolio of real estate assets including capital management, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. This role will support the Director, Sustainability & Asset Programs and regional Facility Managers, to ensure programs goals for safety, quality, sustainability, and budget are achieved.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Create, implement, and nurture corporate real estate asset management initiatives, including maintenance programs, to maximize performance, flexibility, and lifecycle costs while reducing risk and supporting operational needs
- Establish, monitor, and report asset program goals and metrics (KPIs) to drive alignment, decisions, execution and results of strategic plans
- Develop and foster internal and external relationships in support of facility programs including strategic vendor management
- Generate and deploy best practice playbooks, templates, and training tools
- Coordinate with Facility Managers, Project Managers, and Operating entities to develop capital and operating budgets
- Monitor Company's environment, health, and safety programs as related to facilities including all Local, State and Federal compliance requirements
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Visit facilities and conduct facility assessments; execute capital projects related to asset management
- Coordinate with Reyes Fleet Management on preventative maintenance activities and data tracking
- Develop technical resources for stakeholders
