Design Engineers are responsible for the research and design of a company's new products and systems. They perform various tasks in an engineering department including drafting blueprints, creating test prototypes, and overseeing the manufacturing process. Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics.Responsibilities: Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphicsIdentify solutions to improve production efficiencyUse design software to develop models and drawings of new productsResearch and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphicsDesign new engineering products and processesCraft models and drawings of products using CADMaintain existing engineering records and designsAssess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risksEstimate cost limits and budgets for new designsSupervise the manufacturing process of all designsCoordinate with other engineers, management, and the creative departmentDevelop test prototypesAny other Job assigned by Supervisor Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred in design engineering, engineering, product design, or experience in a relevant fieldPrior Heavy Equipment Design Experience PreferredA minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate and strong attention to detailProficient in MS Office and popular design softwareAbility to multitask and manage time effectively Benefits:
