Policy Management : Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing in a timely and efficient manner.

Problem Resolution : Handle client concerns and issues effectively, striving to provide satisfactory solutions.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.

Requirement

Linguistic Skills : Proficient in English and at least one other language.

Customer Focus : Dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
