Here at The Joint Chiropractic of Jacksonville NC, we are a fast-paced practice with an emphasis on wellness and maintenance care. Being that we are located near the sunny coast and one of the largest Marine Corps bases, Camp Lejeune, our office has the pleasure of serving those who serve! Our clinic is focused on maintaining positive patient experiences, team engagement, and a strong presence within our community. Our organization is set up to make sure the clinic runs smoothly with an on-site office manager alongside an engaged owner so you can focus solely on your craft! For example, our leaders recognize that treating several patients can require a lot of energy. That’s why we offer a dedicated lunch break Monday-Friday and a shortened shift on the weekend so you have time to recharge.

The Opportunity:

Full-Time Chiropractor

● 38-40 Hours Per Week

● Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday (with weekend availability as needed)

● Additional hours available if desired

● Full-time benefits in many cases include: wellness care, medical, dental, vision, disability, life and 401(k), Company-paid malpractice insurance

Compensation:

● Negotiable hourly pay/Salary: (Avg: $X-$X/hr)

● BONUS - X

Expectations:

● Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.

● Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.

● Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.

● Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care.

● Provide a recommended course of treatment and communicate this to the front desk staff, who will complete the sales conversation with the patient.

● Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.

● Building positive doctor-patient relationships

Qualifications needed:

● 4-year bachelor degree from an accredited college

● A doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college

● Passing scores for Parts I,II,III and IV from NCBE

● A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV

● Valid DC license in X state

● Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in X state

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
