This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Leads and promotes a safety-first culture in collaboration with plant management team.

Facilitates, develops, and maintains site Safety programs including to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.

Proactively participates in safety meetings/committees and conducts regular walk-through inspections and identifies hazards to be corrected.

Administers the attendance and safety incentives for each month.

Supports company policies, dress codes, work rules, safety rules, and ethics.

Safety and Environmental Coordination:
- Supports the day to day operation of the Company wide EH&S program.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or 3 years work experience managing an industrial safety program.

Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Experience with behavioral based safety programs
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
