What are the responsibilities and job description for the REMOTE Service Desk Analyst (Tier I) position at The Jupiter Group?
Job Description
We are working with University Healthcare organization where they are looking to add another Tier I resource to their team. This is a fully remote position, preferably someone from Houston so they can participate in quarterly meetup. Must provide a high level of customer service.
- Password resets and Unlocking accounts in Active Directory
- "How-to" questions
- Workstation operating system questions/issues
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Enterprise application support
- Network share access, etc.
- Help onboard users with 2 Factor Authentication, password manager, and setting up security rights/permissions to applications and systems
- Maintain knowledge database
- Ticketing system experience required (they use ServiceNow but will consider other enterprise level tools)
- O365 Support, Windows 8/10, iOS devices, Chromebooks, Microsoft Surface, etc..
