We are currently looking for Kitchen Helpers who would enjoy the benefits of working a rotational schedule.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous kitchen experience
- Current ServSafe Food Handler Card
- Must be able to proficiently speak, read, understand, and write English
- Must pass a pre-employment background screening with satisfactory results
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening with satisfactory results
- Must pass a post-offer pre-placement fitness for duty physical test, to very test recipient has the capability to perform essential job functions
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with the preparation and service of quality meals
- Assume temporary catering job assignments in the absence of staff members
- Assure that all uniform regulations are being met
- Establish and maintain good customer relations through courteous daily contact and quality professional service
- Resolve minor maintenance or client emergencies as they occur or take steps to permanently address them per contractual obligations
- Under the direction of the Lead Cook, assist in preparation of orders as per the menu
- Completes cashier duties
- Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room and the kitchen, i.e. tables, garbage cans, sweeping/mopping, restocking, cooler and freezer, kitchen equipment
- Inform customers of specials
- Performs other duties as assigned
