What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at The Kendall?
The Kendall is a boutique hotel and historic property with 6 acres, 34 hotel rooms and 3 event venues. The maintenance manager's job duties consist of but are not limited to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, repairs, physical labor, room checks, customer service, and willing to work on-call if needed.
Skills and knowledge required in AC, plumbing, electric, etc. We do have outside contractors available for bigger projects.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
