The Guest Service Agent assumes a pivotal role in every logistical operation relating directly and indirectly to overall guest satisfaction and the ultimate success of the hotel.
Responsible for greeting guests, check-in and check-out, reservations and concierge services.
Shifts vary, no set schedule.
