Job Description
The Keri Shull Team is searching for a determined and hard-working individual with a passion for Real Estate to join our team! As a Partner Agent, you will be working with an experienced real estate agent who has sold over $50 million — and your compensation will be up to 4 times the income of an average, first-year agent. This role is a full-time position and will be directly assisting one of our Lead Agents with their prospecting, transactions, and day-to-day duties.
This a great opportunity for a newly licensed real estate agent to take their career to the next level through mentorship.
This position has a base salary plus commission.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and calling for new business
- Researching properties, tax records and off market opportunities for clients
- Scheduling and conducting showings, inspections, appraisals and other appointments as needed
- Managing client and transaction information in The Keri Shull Team's CRM Database
- Host Open Houses, with or without Lead Agent
- Participate in all team meetings and client related events
- Other duties as described by The Keri Shull Team or Lead Agent
