Caregiver Recruiter

```Duties```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transfer techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Document care provided and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques to assess client needs and preferences
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Taleo or Workday for managing employee information
- Strong research skills to stay updated on best practices in caregiving
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new caregivers
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Understanding of contract requirements and ability to adhere to established protocols
