Job Description

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Stagiaire en Customer Service pour rejoindre notre equipe de Supply Chain pour un stage de 2 mois, debutant en Avril/Mai.

Le stagiaire service client a pour objectif d'assurer aux clients le meilleur service possible tout en ayant un suivi permanent des couts, et optimisations possibles en interne (preparation, transport...).

Principales missions :

Reception, integration des commandes (EDI, fax ou mail)

  • Verification des informations (adresses, dates, articles, quantites) et respect a nos conditions de vente.

  • Suivre le cycle complet de la commande, de sa reception a sa livraison

  • Verification des tarifs envoyes par lesclients, etudes des ecarts eventuels et signalement aux services comptabilites et commercial

  • Signalement des anomalies eventuelles aux services concernes (commandes d'articles arretes, promotions incoherentes...)

Communication et gestion des incidents

  • Suivi et communication aux clients et comptes cles des ruptures sur commandes et suivi de leur gestion (retard, ruptures, date...)

Support aux autres services pour:

  • Recuperation des bons de livraison pour gestion des litiges ou justifications des taux de services

  • Optimisation des couts et commandes avec les equipes logistiques

  • Analyse des resultats obtenus - point mensuels clients

Profil recherche:

  • Etudiant(e) en formation Ecole de commerce.

  • Connaissance de Excel.
