LaSalle Network has partnered with a credit union that offers easy-to-use checking account choices for each users’ individual needs.
They are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their team.
Contact Center Representative Responsibilities :
Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union’s service promises
Possess adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge certification assessment
Explain and recommend credit union products and services
Provide general account information
Provide information on new and on-going promotions
Address and resolve member problems and complaints
Record research requests and deliver to appropriate personnel
Possess knowledge of bill pay and assist members with the set up and usage
Facilitate wire transfer requests, process check orders, provide loan payoff information, set up auto share transfers, loan transfers and off-cycle transfers, provide rate information on deposits and loans
Post loan payments
Process phone transfer requests between share accounts, loan accounts and cross-member accounts, check withdrawals and loan advance requests
Contact Center Representative Responsibilities :
Customer service experience
Ability to work onsite in Naperville, IL
