The Legacy Place, an assisted living facility in Valley City, ND, is looking for a highly motivated licensed RN with a passion for elderly to serve as their Director of Nursing. Leadership and communication skills are a must. Responsibilities include:
- Screening of prospective residents of TLP
- Updating active care plans and annual assessments of current residents
- Oversight of nursing team (LPN, CNA, MA1) - including continuous education
- Interview and hire nursing staff as needed.
DON will work closely with the facility administrator to ensure policy and procedure updates/changes are implemented.
