The Liberty Group is immediately hiring an experienced Maintenance Tech for a local apartment community! We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated skilled Maintenance Technician. What you’ll be doing
Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintenance in and around buildings including work order requests from existing residents, preparation of apartments for new residents and general preventative maintenance.
These responsibilities include:
- Resolve Maintenance issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
- Document all maintenance activities on appropriate forms or in Computer Management System.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
- Provide preventive maintenance to all systems on property.
- Maintain grounds, including snow removal, trash, and common areas.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service with residents and management.
- May involve some cleaning and other duties as assigned.
What you bring
- Minimum 1 years of Apartment Maintenance experience.
- MUST have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Have your own tools
- EPA and CPO certifications is a plus
Schedule:
- Most schedules are Monday-Friday
