Responsibilities
What you will do:
Our Leasing/Sales Associates report to the Project Lead and proactively source new leases for the Life at Forest View in Clute, Texas. The Leasing/Sales Associates play an essential role in proactively marketing the Community, so we are looking for professional, enthusiastic, and coachable team players to join us!• Assists marketing with all avenues of attracting prospective residents to the Life at Forest View• Attends job fairs and community events to generate leads• Proactively calls and visits major employers in Brazoria and Galveston Counties to solicit residents and potential residents• Completes follow-up thank you notes and call-backs with potential employers and other major prospects• Contacts prospective residents by both telephone and email• Does Market Research to develop warm leads• Uses Excel and Quip to track progress with new prospects• Reports weekly leasing sales goals and objectives to Project Lead
Qualifications
What you will need to succeed:• High school diploma/GED; degree preferred• Previous Sales and/or hospitality experience for a minimum of 2 years• Great customer skills along with active listening, organization, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills• Networking aptitude• Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications• Willingness to learn and a desire to grow
