The Lift Gym is one of the premier adult fitness/training gyms in New Jersey. We are currently taking applications for full-time trainers/coaches.
If you are selected to our team you will be learning from one of the most experienced coaches in the fitness industry.
Matt Jennings…a former NPC National Bodybuilding Champion and 2X Powerlifting National Record Holder…is the founder and CEO of TheLIFTGym. He has worked with thousands of people over his 30 years in the trenches…including high school, collegiate and pro athletes as well as adults who come to train at TheLIFT to get stronger…build muscle and get in great shape.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Program design and theory. Learn proper exercise technique…coaching & queuing…goal setting…nutrition…developing adult training programs…management/leadership of coach team…and
The Business of Fitness (marketing, sales, and business management).
Training Certifications…Any from the following is preferred (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, ISSA)
Coaching Experience a Plus*
