A The Little Gym “Gym Director” is a full-time career level position, responsible for the overall operational performance of a The Little Gym franchise location. The Gym Director reports directly to the owner(s)and general responsibilities will include:
- Hiring, managing and training staff
- Teaching great classes
- Managing all day-to-day operations
- Maintaining the facility/equipment
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Selling the program to new and existing customers
For 30 years The Little Gym has set the standard for progressive motor-skill development, by providing children with a foundation of confidence through non-competitive, gymnastics-based programs. Our Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes are all taught in a fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will possess superior time management skills. A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is certainly a plus and daytime, evening and occasional weekend hours are generally required.
