The Team Lead/Management Trainee is a part-time position where you can take the reins and be a leader of Serious Fun. We will train you to grow the skills needed to teach amazing classes and to serve as a team mentor.
What we expect from you…
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here. Sometimes a smile goes a long way!
- Create a warm and fun environment for the children each class; Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day, every day!
- Create "WOW" moments in the lobby, creating a warm and engaging community and culture.
- Act as a Team Lead by training and mentoring others in our "High Support, High Performance" environment and ensuring our daily operations are being completed.
- Oversee a program/category of business that includes team development, marketing, sales and business operations.

Over the past forty-six years, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

This part-time Team Lead role we are looking to fill consists of teaching a combination of three days, one of which being a weekend. Availability on one weekend day and Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 for our weekly team meeting is a requirement. Our team is a family that embraces differences and positivity- we support each other through all of life's adventures. We build a sense of community not only within our classes and with our members, but also with our team.
Safety is our #1 priority. This Team Lead candidate must be at least 18 years of age, and must be currently CPR/AED certified or willing to get certified during the training period.
