Live Green Co. is searching for a dynamic and diligent sales & operations specialist to work with our CEO and VP of Operations on all thing leading to growth. Reporting to the CEO, the candidate will be an accomplished leader with responsibilities ranging from sales, business development, optimizing prices, and production. The role is based in the business headquarters in the greater Boston area (Framingham).
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for operations, merchandising and inventory planning, supply chain, including compliance, sourcing, purchasing, forecasting, and logistics functions.
Manage and execute a sales pipeline on our local and national initiatives
Support growth, communication, and execution in our DTC channels
Ensure that operational deliverables consistently reach or exceed targets.
Continuously develop and optimize operational and supply chain business processes. Translate strategic decisions into streamlined tactical processes.
Meet performance goals, KPIs, and standards. Ensure that operational deliverables consistently reach or exceed targets.
Act as primary liaison with suppliers regarding vendor compliance, outbounds, occupancy, and pricing. Ensure pricing and service levels are aligned with volumes, growth strategies, and organizational needs
Actively contribute and provide guidelines to forecasting and budgeting activities. Provide regular reporting and analysis around key supply chain and logistics figures.
Develop sales and supply chain reporting and forecasting tools in support of inventory planning and purchasing functions.
Ensure that inventory is maintained within budget and growth expectations.
Provide and communicate accurate and timely financial information to colleagues and overseas stakeholders.
Be a leader and role model for the company culture and team.
Requirements
Bachelors in Business Administration or Operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result-oriented, team-driven environment.
Ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
Proven leadership skills and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment
Demonstrated maturity, integrity, and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player
Ability to travel Internationally and Nationally if required
Diligent, reliable and attention to detail
Desire to work independently in a fast-paced environment, quickly seizing opportunities to drive change without constant direction from leadership
Proficient in framework and spreadsheet creation
Must have excellent oral and written skills including formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present development presentations
Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects each in differing stages of development
Must live in the greater Boston area, have a driver’s license, and be able to commute to our facility and to our sales points
Must work and our facility on a daily basis, located in Framingham, MA
Language: Spanish proficient a plus
