Lockwood is seeking a Sales Coordinator! This is a great entry level opportunity for candidates who have an interest in healthcare, sales and/or marketing!
This position will be based in-office at our headquarters in Stamford, CT.

Summary: The Sales Coordinator contributes to the development and process of new business pitches and will assist in conference support from a sales perspective. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking and coordinating with the sales team on new business leads, operating as a Task Master within our technology platforms including Salesforce and LinkedIn and completing other administrative tasks as needed.
In order to perform these functions, the Sales Coordinator must be a self-starter and have strong verbal and written communication skills. The Sales Coordinator must also be highly organized, comfortable working on a team, adept at multitasking and prioritizing activities, have a positive attitude, and able/eager to motivate others.
Responsibilities:
- Running capes/pitch process
- Contributing to conference planning
- Managing Salesforce database
- Planning regular internal innovation sharing sessions
- Collaborating with Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer to build slides for new offerings
- Updating and maintaining core tactical library for Lockwood’s offerings
- Building and maintaining competitor database
- Facilitating MSA review, keeping MSA tracker up-to-date and sending internal follow-up reminders
- Adhere to all Lockwood Group policies and standard operating procedures
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Professional Skills & Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Detail oriented with the ability to multitask. Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
