What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Manager position at The Loop?
The Loop Pizza Grill is looking for a Restaurant Manager for our Winston Salem location. Willingness to travel between our 2 stores to train is a must. (Winston and Kernersville) 45 hours -/ week. We specialize in salads, burgers, pizza and shakes. We are seeking a self-motivated team member with strong beliefs in service, product quality, customer contact, and enhancing a positive work environment.
Service Manager at The Loop
- Must be an experienced operator and great salesperson who can improve the overall guest experience both in store and off site.
- Must have food preparation experience and a strong ability to train and lead team members for both front and or back of the house
- Must lead by example and set a high standard in all areas including appearance, communication, and focus on quality.
- Must adhere to and enforce store policies
- Must have strong sense of urgency working in a hands on, food service environment

Growth Opertunities available. Will be opening a bar and grill early next year, and will be considering canidates for such.
