We're expanding in the local market and beyond, and we want to add members to our amazing team of Property Managers in Pea Ridge, AR! Join us for one of the area's leading property management companies!
What You Will Do
Lead the charge for effective leasing and property management for the best properties in town!
- Effectively lead, direct and manage the day to day functions of one or more properties
- Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services
- Budget and manage leasing sales
- Negotiate vendor contracts for the property
- Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service
- Frequently sitting, standing and walking. Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs

Qualifications
What You Will Need
- Management or supervisory experience- 1 to 2 years minimum (service-oriented industry)
- Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property
- Technical experience and effective computer skills- Yardi experience preferred
- The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents
- Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
