What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support position at The Lutheran Home Association?
The Lutheran Home Association is seeking an IT Support Specialist. The position is responsible for supporting, installing, enhancing, troubleshooting, and promoting The Lutheran Home Association’s voice and data network. Duties include providing infrastructure support, helpdesk and field support services, including software/hardware training, to end users at local and remote facilities.
Qualifications include Associate’s Degree in the Information Technology field plus a minimum of one year related experience and/or training. A certification or equivalent experience required. Must have strong software/hardware troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop Protocol. Microsoft Server, SonicWall Firewall, switch configuration and phone system support experience a plus. Strong documentation skills required. Must possess ability to communicate technical concepts to users with various levels of technical skills.
