Calling all restaurant and hospitality professionals!

We are looking for fun people who enjoy food and/or coffee, is a great communicator, preferably has hospitality experience, and has a great smile! If you have any or all of these traits, the Marketplace Café in Sheffield wants you!

We are a small Café that takes pride in serving great food made from scratch and giving great hospitality to great people.

Openings include Team Member and Team Leader positions, both full-time and part-time with early-morning and evening shifts.

A qualified candidate must have:

  • Strong passion for food and learning
  • Flexible schedule
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Desire to work with and contribute to an awesome team

Team Member responsibilities include:

  • Make Salads and sandwiches in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Minor Food Prep.
  • Coffee making

Team Leader responsibilities include all Team Member responsibilities and:

  • Supervise opening and closing of the Café
  • Managing register and making deposits
  • Assisting manager in operational procedures
  • Enforcing café procedures and standards
  • Task delegation
  • Inventory management

We highly promote employee development so all team members are eligible for Team Leader positions depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
