The primary responsibility of this position is to provide a superior level of customer service to benefit accounts through daily interaction by responding to client needs, inquiries, and concerns. This position’s focus is providing these services to all self-funded clients and fully insured clients with over 100 lives, with exception. Serving as the conduit between the client, Senior Account Executive, Risk Advisor, and carrier, the Account Manager is responsible for account maintenance under the direction of any of the above-mentioned parties.
