The Medical Team is seeking a Site Supervisor for our afternoon shift 2:00PM-10:00PM. The Supervisor will directly supervise multiple Home Health Aides (PCAs, MAs, CNAs, etc) in Independent Living Facility.
Duties include management functions, such as conducting performance reviews, disciplinary functions, conducting training, customer service and employee relations, in addition to overseeing daily activities, manage staff, oversee activities directly related to patient's care. Also working the floor providing patient care.
Additional qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 5 years caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Preferred
- Must work flexible hours including rotating weekends
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be open to work the floor providing patient care
We are headquartered in Reston, VA with offices in Michigan, Virginia, Texas, and Louisiana. We provide a wide range of home health, hospice, private duty, catastrophic care, and personal care services.
