The Culture and Engagement Specialist assists in establishing and overseeing employee culture focused programs to embed our key behaviors, boost employee engagement and enrich an inclusive employee experience.
This position is 100% remote and can be performed anywhere in the U.S.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
- Work with the Diversity, Culture, and Talent team to build on our culture strategy focused on connection, engagement, growth and retention across the employee experience.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop strategies to successfully scale and sustain our cultural initiatives
- Lead the efforts to embed our values throughout the organization including understanding the various factors that help our employees remain productive and happy.
- Program manage, analyze, and summarize culture data collected through our employee engagement surveys, talent assessments, listening sessions and other feedback channels to harness best practices and develop interventions aimed at addressing culture issues.
- Facilitate culture related development sessions and focus groups to shift mindsets and behavior that help employees adapt to and thrive in times of change.
- Engage in planning for a variety of internal and external activities to bring visibility and learning to our employees at all levels.
- Create materials and toolkits for various engagement and retention programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with our talent development team to ensure that leadership and employee development programs and initiatives align with our commitment to culture and values.
- Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to build relevant culture communications.
- Performs other related duties and activities as required.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job.
Education and Experience:
- 3 years or equivalent of relevant work experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational and learning development
- Experience managing large-scale, company-wide programs with strong organizational, change management and project management skills
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to successfully partner with and influence multiple stake holders through effective communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent team and group facilitation skills
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and make summary recommendations
- Creative thinking and decision making, with a proactive approach to help shape culture strategy
- Experience in diversity and inclusion a plus
- Experience in project management a plus
- Strong excel skills a plus

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
