As the workplace ambassador, you'll make the most of our hyper growth environment by being a constant resource for our employees. This is a unique hybrid role of workplace office support.
Responsibilities:
●Highly visible role as point of contact for all incoming persons, employees, guests and vendors.
●Ability to address all office related questions.
●Create a positive, professional and concierge environment when greeting all persons.
●Ensure visitors are comfortable, and ensure employees are aware of guest arrivals.
●Liaison with key stakeholders (executive administrative staff, recruiting, etc) for VIP and candidates.
●Direct front of the house concierge staff (janitorial).
●Oversee & dispatch workplace work order management (help desk ticket) system & internal customer support (zendesk)
●Extension of multiple teams (workplace, IT, admin, etc) for special projects as needed.
●Coordinate logistics for events and meetings.
●Assist with procurement and organization (office supplies, swag, etc).
●Take responsibility for the quality of the workplace - tidiness and cleanliness of the entire office space.
●Proficient in the use of common business software programs (Mac, google, gmail, google cal).

Qualifications:
Experience:
•Minimum 3 years customer service related experience
•Passion for helping others
•GSuite and Mac experience preferred

●Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. With a team member be able to move 12 or less rolling work tables and move less than 30 chairs for a room reset.
●Adaptable and quick to change (cross training, sessions, overviews, etc.).
