• Attorneys with 2-4 Years of Experience: We welcome attorneys with a proven track record in medical malpractice defense or a related field.

In this role, you will:

• Gain comprehensive experience in all aspects of medical malpractice defense litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, trial preparation, and client communication.

• Work closely with partners and paralegals on case strategy, legal research, and drafting legal documents.

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare insightful legal memoranda on complex medical and legal issues.

• Assist with client communication by preparing timely and clear summaries of hearings, depositions, and conferences.

• Develop strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.

• Manage deadlines effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure all matters are handled efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (for recent graduates) or minimum 2-4 years of experience in medical malpractice defense (for experienced attorneys).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
