The Campaign Manager (CM) manages multiple projects while coordinating and prioritizing resources across projects and departments to ensure superior quality. The CM ensures the on time, on-budget and orderly flow of all work, from job start to its release and billing, in order to direct and enhance the workflow process. The CM also produces comprehensive schedules for estimating time needed for project activity and sequences those activities in order to optimize project lifespan from concept through delivery.
About the role:
Facilitate the internal workflow process from inception to final delivery
Maintain daily contact with necessary team members across all departments
Compile and maintain comprehensive, interdependent production schedules and campaign timelines
Work closely with all departments to assist in solving production and/or scheduling challenges
Balance client needs with internal resources
Be insightful and proactive in a way that is valuable to the team
Track and integrate campaign budgets and other financial data across multiple projects and accounts
Clarify team roles and responsibilities on all projects
Motivate team members to generate great work
Establish and maintain appropriate audit systems and processes
About you:
4 years of experience in project management or account management
Advertising and digital agency experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of print, digital and broadcast production and fulfillment
Effective meeting management ability
Superior multi-tasking skills along with superb verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Established team leader and motivator
Ability to adapt quickly, be resourceful and “roll with the punches”
