We are seeking an Employee Experience Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role will support programs that enhance the experience of all the employees of the company and Remote Presence from the moment they join us through their entire employee journey.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the program leads to deliver onboarding for new employees.
Provide coordination and logistics support for live programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants and facilitators.
Provides support in delivering an impactful entire onboarding experience to all new employees to the company and Remote Presence.
Provides support in delivering engaging employee experience events and programs.
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment of programs, collateral, and communications.
Manage tasks associated with our Learning Management System, Cornerstone, including managing course enrollment; tracking and reporting learning activities; managing facilitators; collecting and analyzing participant feedback.
Administer phased onboarding surveys through our pulse survey platform, Qualtrics.
Address questions and requests related to onboarding and employee experience programs.
Report metrics and data to key stakeholders.
Help cultivate a culture that strengthens our employee experiences throughout the organization.
Must-Haves:
2-5 years of the event, employee experience, or onboarding experience.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with Cornerstone or other Learning Management systems preferred.
Must be creative, and strategic, and have a passion for delivering meaningful, memorable experiences.
Thrive on challenging the status quo, reimagining the employee experience, and unlocking endless possibilities.
Must have a knack for being in tune with the employee sentiment and vibe.
Must be intuitive, empathetic, and lead with compassion and courage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be on-site at our customer’s Menlo Park, CA office once it is determined safe to do so

Please note: In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client is requiring all contractors to be fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines (please inform your employer if you need a medical or religious exemption). Prior to onboarding, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated. Boosters are required to be received by March 28, 2022, or six months after receiving the final dose of the original vaccination series, whichever is later. The expected Return to Office date is July 2022
