What are the responsibilities and job description for the Move in coordinator position at The Moments?
The Moments is the pre-eminent memory care community in the area. With 92 memory care and enhanced assisted living suites at our Lakeville campus we provide the highest quality of care an compassion.

Our employees have access to onsite dementia training in our Moments Academy and on the floor, a state of the art workout facility and lorckerrooms that rival your highest end fitness club or spa.
You are someone who feels the need to serve our elders and their families during their most stressful time making the transition to a memory care community.
You will help complete paperwork for move in have computer skills and an urge to learn. Also, you will be the point person in every step of the moving process from compiling all necessary paperwork and orders, to coordinating our Moments Moving Team scheduled time for the move, and being with the resident and family through the day of their move to ensure trust and customer service to the highest level.
You will also be instrumental and keeping the occupancy full. This position is part-time. Generally speaking we are seeking someone with 25-30 hours.
