As Firm Administrator you play a pivotal role within our organization, being the initial point of contact for clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our office. Your primary responsibility is to build strong relationships with our clients, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing any issues that may arise. Through close collaboration with our team, you are instrumental in guiding our clients towards achieving their financial goals.

Client Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Proactively communicate with clients and referral partners
  • Assist flow of information to and from the Firm

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Keep the office neat and tidy inside and out to ensure a comfortable environment for staff and guests.
  • Manage calendars and make appointments.
  • Proofread various reports and forms.
  • Assemble informational packets.
  • Prepare for meetings including drafting agendas.
  • Prepare correspondence.
  • Manage client, referral partner and vendor lists.
  • Other administrative duties
  • Attracting and retaining clients

  • Deepen and broaden client relationships on a professional level.
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency.
  • Work independently and proactively.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
  • Be proficient in modern office technology (Office 365, etc)
  • Willing to learn how financial services/markets work.
  • Have a service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Open-minded and flexible.
  • Prominent level of integrity.

Compensation: Salary BOE bonus potential

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
