Role and Responsibilities
- Clock in and out with accuracy and make sure that your employees do the same
- Check emails frequently
- Manage and balance Billable vs Non-Billable
- Ensure employees are clocking in and out with accuracy
- Apply Tips to employees Swipeclock
- Balance schedule based on sales and employees’ hours
- Collect Sales Trackers at end of week
- Create and push out strategies in order to complete quarterly goals.
- Manage moving team’s schedule and updates according to sales
- Payment Collections
- Invoice customers and contracts per payment schedule
- Ensure Invoices are accurate upon Collections
- Collect all Damage Reports
- Process and Complete Damage/Refund Reports
- Collecting and Paying Company Bills
- Process all Receipts through Receipt Bank
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
- Optimizing training processes for efficiency
- Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
- Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
- Manage moving team’s schedule and updates according to changes
- Ensure Crew Managers and Crewman understand their scheduled work times
- Ensure Crew Managers are prepared the night before, ensuring their team is supplied for the next day
- Ensure your employees arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time
- Develop Crew schedules based on logistics and hours utilizing company approved software
- Maintain communication with customers so they are aware of moving windows
- Maintain crew schedule and instruct Crew Manager to notify customers if scheduling issues arise.
- Maintain FMCSA and DOT compliance files and training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $55,000.00 per year
