What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Administrator position at The Mulberry House?
We are looking for a professional, organized and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic, growing team. This position requires daily assistance with planning, coordinating and monitoring events and programs. Candidates must have a focus on detail and a passion for client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Booking events ranging from weddings to corporate parties.
- Coordinating with FOH management for serving/bartending staff.
- Coordinating with BOH manegement for food accomodations/ menus.
- Marketing the venue for private and corporate events.
- Coordinating with event planners, florists, rental companies etc the day of events.
- Creating marketing materials and advertisements.
- Making sure in-house events are well publicized and have high attendance.
- Being highly available to existing clients as well as potential new clients.
- Booking and servicing off-site catering.
Position Requirements:
- At least 2 years event planning/ coordinating experience (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
