Page 2 of 6 (JD- 442)of all duties, tasks and responsibilities1. Handles resident billing and collection per prescribed procedures2. Records facility census information daily3. Is familiar with insurance coverage on residents in order to channel their medical bills and supplies4. Handles Resident Trust Fund duties as assigned5. Relates knowledgeable information regarding admission requirements and rates6. Is familiar with the admission folder and admission procedure for new admissions7. Enters pertinent information regarding new residents into the computer8. Has working knowledge of all office procedures and systems9. Answers the telephone as needed 10. Promotes effective work relationships with the administrator, medical staff, personnel, volunteers, agencies, and management staff affiliated with the facility. 11. Attends and participates in facility meetings. 12. Participates in Quality Assessment and Improvement Program 13. Participates in Quality Assessment Performance Improvement Program 14. Reports immediately to supervisor and administrator situations involving abuse, neglect, or suspicion of a crime. 15. Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Compliance Program, HIPPA Standard, and Computer Usage Agreement. 16. Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
