What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Removal Laborer position at The NIRO Companies, LLC?

This is a seasonal hourly position- hours are determined based on snow fall-This position requires endurance for the possibility of long hours during frigged temperatures and extreme weather (snow storms). This is an entry level position with the possibility of career advancements.
Position Requirements:
- 24/7 availability: working various hours (when it snows, we work!)
- Must be capable of lifting/ carrying weight of 50 lbs
- Must be able to work as a team player
- Must have reliable transportation to get to/from main headquarters or directly to customer sites.
- Valid ID/License is helpful but not always necessary
- Must be able to abide all company policies and procedures
Position Duties:
- Prep as directed by your supervisor
- Load/unloading materials and equipment from trucks (de-icing material, snow blowers, etc.)
- Manual labor: Shoveling
- Misc. tasks as directed by your supervisor.
