Store Manager
Responsibilities:
· Financial performance of store
· Client Satisfaction
· Follow/Maintain Culture
· HR - Prospecting, Hiring, and Maintaining appropriate staff levels
· Communication with Integrator and/or Visionary
Activities:
· Assures that store is opened and closed properly
· Facilitates morning huddle
· Facilitates weekly staff meeting/lunch
· Manages workflow (through proper chain of command w/ Service Advisor and/or Shop Foreman)
· Manages customer experience
o Monitors client interactions
§ In person
§ Reviews phone calls
o Coaches Service Advisor if/when necessary
o Provides support for customer escalations
o Maintains facility to RMW standards
o Communicates openly with Integrator on training needs/employee deficits
· Assists Service Advisor when necessary
o Answers phones
o Estimates work
o Helps with check-in/delivery
o Contacts clients with status updates and/or findings
· Tracks KPI’s daily/weekly
o As defined by Integrator
o Fills out required weekly report by noon on Monday
· Reviews P&L monthly and reconciles with weekly report and/or management system
· Maintains spending log
· Maintains Courtesy car fleet
o Maintenance log/cost
o Scheduling/location/availability
o Cleanliness/Condition
o Fuel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
