WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An experienced Sr. Account Manager to handle the day-to-day of major B2C & B2B brands in the social-digital space. The Sr. Account Manager helps our organization drive the development of content and event programming, which will enable our client to bring its values and mission to life.
This Sr. Account Manager helps lead our customer-facing operational organizations while partnering with internal Production teams to build robust and lasting client relationships. Serves as the central point of contact for clients for all issues, status questions, and level problem-solving. The role provides feedback to both internal and external customers on strategy and operational efficiencies. Conduct quarterly reviews with senior management and serve as the escalation point for any critical issues identified by the team and clients
The Sr. Account Manager will work closely with Strategy, Creative & Production teams to develop, plan, and implement our client‘s experiential and marketing strategy and will report to the VP of Account Services.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr. Account Manager is the day-to-day contact for our clients and manages internal and external comms, in addition to:
- Account Managers will be responsible for advancing the production of events as requested by event brief and client.
- Account Managers to participate in weekly calls with the client.
- Account Manager to conduct site visits and onsite meetings with clients as needed.
- Account Manager to provide estimates for events and reconcile estimates post-event with Production
- Track event budgets on a regular basis
- Update Account Director weekly on the status of new and existing projects
- Learn the MAS narrative for MAS clients
- Manage new business and RFP requests for new projects
- Participate in new business pitches/leads/brainstorms
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting issues across teams in a supportive manner, and being an active team member who contributes to the growth of the Company.

YOU SHOULD HAVE
- You should have a background in IRL events, virtual events, & content generation.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present important findings (both quantitative and analytic skills) and then apply to future events.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional writing skills, with an editorial point of view for what is right for a platform’s brand and voice.
- 6 years in Experiential Events
- 6 years managing Accounts

How We’ll Take Care Of You
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Travel Requirements
Around 25% of the time, domestic
