Candidate must have at least one year of law firm experience and must speak English fluently. Bilingual preferred. If you do not at least one year of law firm experience in either family law or criminal , please DO NOT apply.

Ideal candidate is very well organzied, punctual, can meet deadlines, honest, can work indepedently.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting and sending of correspondence in email or mail form or other pleadings, e-service and e-filing, scheduling hearing, mediations, telephonic cofnerences, file maintenance (digital and hard copy), time keeping, billing. Experience working with Florida Courts E-Filing Portal is a MUST. Working knowledge of legal research is preferred. Only dependable, professional, and detail oriented people with excellent writing and verbal communication skills should apply for this position.

The salary for this position will be based on prior work experience. Previous work history will be verified.
