Job Description:
We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. No prior sales experience is needed – just a passion for vehicles and a drive to succeed. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of The Overland Truck Store, helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their adventures.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership.
• Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Provide detailed information about our inventory, including features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they are happy with their purchase.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our inventory and stay updated on new arrivals.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• No prior sales experience required – we provide training!
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• A valid driver's license.
