Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to recruit employees for all positions.
Position Purpose

- Assists with the recruitment and interview process. Assists applicants in applying with online applicant system.
- Schedule Interviews.
- Interview non-licensed employees.
- Coordinates the new hire onboarding steps by ensuring that required paperwork, computer competencies, pre-screens (background check, drug test, TB test) has been successfully completed prior to
- Communicates daily with the Executive Director and the Human Resources Director regarding new hire onboarding status and any pertinent Updates hiring supervisor daily on new hire status.
- Schedule employee for hire on paperwork.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and
- Assists in benefit enrollment for new employees by providing employees with the appropriate benefit information upon
- Assists with new employee background checks and reference
- Makes photocopies, faxes documents, posts documents on internal communication boards and performs other clerical
- Reports new hires to all Federal agencies.
- Prepares new hire
- Performs other duties assigned.
Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
