Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Field of a high volume of inbound calls and assign calls to the appropriate department
- Actively listening to customers and handling their requests in a kind and professional manner
- Respond to member inquiries in a timely fashion
Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative Skills & Requirements:
- **Residency in MA Required**
- **Must be bilingual in English and Spanish"
- 6 to 12 months of relevant experience
- Strong computer and telephone skills
- Strong multi tasking skills, able to navigate multiple systems
- Able to accurately input data and documentation
