Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

  • Field of a high volume of inbound calls and assign calls to the appropriate department
  • Actively listening to customers and handling their requests in a kind and professional manner
  • Respond to member inquiries in a timely fashion

Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative Skills & Requirements:

  • **Residency in MA Required**
  • **Must be bilingual in English and Spanish"
  • 6 to 12 months of relevant experience
  • Strong computer and telephone skills
  • Strong multi tasking skills, able to navigate multiple systems
  • Able to accurately input data and documentation

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
