Professional Retail Store Manager *Are You a Retail Rockstar?* *If you are…* * A professional retail manager with a track record of success who understands and expertly executes all aspects of running a retail store, * Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail, and the ability to handle and prioritize a variety of tasks at one time, * Self-motivated and driven by the spirit and commitment of an entrepreneur with the ability to think “out of the box” to solve problems, * Experienced in building relationships, managing a team, and creating a positive store culture, * Interested in marketing, social media, and are willing to create events, ads, posts and videos to generate store traffic, * Ready to make a genuine positive difference for your customers, your staff, and the community, * Experienced in dog care and nutrition, * A lover of dogs and passionate about their health and happiness, *And would enjoy...* * Creating an overall profitable business to provide a positive income stream for The Perfect Collar. * Providing an excellent customer experience that will create loyalty, long-term return customers, and word of mouth referrals, * Maintaining the store’s cleanliness, operational effectiveness, visual displays, and overall aesthetic. Accurately managing the flow of merchandise into the store. * Managing staff and volunteers, include recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and terminating. * Developing and recommend product assortment, positioning, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible margins. Pay: $34,929.00 - $39,871.00 per year
